I guess I've missed it terribly already (haha). Actually, I really missed the blog, but I just didn't have time for it, I got into so many things. However, in the second half of the year, I start to get an outline of what I keep and what I don't give more energy to (or at least the system starts to form, so these many things consume less energy).
So, Christmas is over and I haven't made any posts about it, it's so weird. And not about Halloween either. That almost sounds sick.
On the other hand, I started 2024 more creatively and suddenly I didn't understand what was wrong with me, then it turned out to be the year of the dragon, which means that if you're not creative, you still are. That's how it all started...
Photography has returned to my life and what is even more surprising is that my husband has also started taking photos and has a talent for it (he is just so modest!). In addition to digital, analog photography also appeared, which I admit does not go so quickly, mainly because you have to spend time on it. It doesn't work if you have 10 minutes, that's fine! You have to dive into it. However, there are already a few rolls of film waiting to be developed. It's an exciting and excruciatingly slow process.
The photos taken for the film are magical! Not everyone likes it, of course, but for me it has an atmosphere that makes my heart burst. It takes us back in time to a time when we weren't even born, when these things were very valuable, as they required a lot of time and energy, and of course money (even now). In the digital age, everything is so fast. I'm not saying it's worthless, because there are still gems, but it also requires a lot of energy, so we're back to the point: time is valuable. And water too, but that's another topic.
I'm loving digital photography again and lately I've been taking more and more pictures, maybe because I've discovered its advantages. Practical. My favorite subject is my cat (hihi) and objects, various little things.
Oh yes! I have a new hobby. Until now, I was one of those people who was against this thing, but now it is among my favorites. This is image generation with AI. Yes, still the pictures. However, I think this topic deserves a separate post, so I'll come back to it and transfer the pictures to this machine in the meantime. First of all, I love it and sometimes I hate it (I will also tell you why). Now I'm just going to show you a few masterpieces (haha) so that you can roughly see what it's like when I took the picture with MI. It's fun and also a lot of time, I'm just saying. Many people think that it is a few moments. Yes. Then it will be like that.
These pictures are a bit surreal, but that's the point. I think so. Everything here is just my own point of view, I have not done any research on the subject.
Coming back to why I retreated (oh-lol). We bought a house. It doesn't matter where, time will tell. It's certainly very cool, but it will require an awful lot of attention in the near future (and work and not very budget-friendly at the moment), but it has so many possibilities and the garden is huge. No, not huge, but gigantically huge! It was Adri's dream, not mine. It's just that I would like to cook strawberry jam, because it's my old desire, but it requires such conditions (haha). So the house is there, I don't want to go on vacation, because my Mimo is falling more and more in love with us, she only eats if we pet her. I think he spoiled me a little. So this year I don't want to go, maybe when I get my act together. But we're going to the opera next week, it's my annual birthday present. I mean Adri's gift to me. Let's watch Don Giovanni if it's true. I'm a little nervous.
Oh, and I have glasses, but I only need them sometimes if I sit a lot in front of the monitor. After that, I can't see the letters because everything flows together. You have to read it. Of course, during the summer, the time I devote to reading decreased, but autumn is coming (isn't it?) and then I'll wrap it up. Because it's so hot right now that we'd rather go swimming at the little lake. There are so many beautiful waters for this, but for some reason we go to a small retro lake. Just like in 1980. It has such an incredibly old atmosphere that the only thing missing is the inflated inner tubes (floating tires).
My husband grew a mustache. I love it! I asked for it, and then it stayed because he likes it too. Mustache king. I say, now we have 80s and 90s, because we also bought a VHS camera. Cassette. This too. Time. time, time. My plan is to write regularly, if nothing else, then monthly (that's also the system), but not annually, as in the past.
I don't know what I missed, probably a lot of things, but I have to go now because I've been writing this post for at least 4 hours and if I continue like this I'll have to put on my glasses, then I'll feel old. It wouldn't be good for anyone.
I wish everyone another nice week, I hope I can bring a system to my blog writing as well, because I really like reading it back.
So it's time for the Christmas holiday and it turned out so well, because as much as I wasn't in the mood until now (we didn't even decorate), I woke up on Saturday feeling so inspired
Today is the first day of December and as always...no, no! I never write at this time because I'm lazy, or I don't have time, or we watch Christmas movies.
Good morning 2024. Hello everyone! I guess I've missed it terribly already (haha). Actually, I really missed the blog, but I just didn't have time for it, I got into so many things.
According to the calendar, it is here in abundance, but in reality it is certainly waiting for you. I wonder what it is about? About autumn. About what else? There was a day, not like that
It was with great enthusiasm that I told my husband that the Barber of Seville will be on show in Verona this year (and he, compared to a buck, also received this news with great enthusiasm...haha)!
I'm just saying that one word is sure to be written many times today. And this is the snow. Last night we were on our way home from the city when Adri asked
